How and when did you get started in training and living a fit lifestyle?
I have always been athletic, I played volleyball, basketball, ran cross country and did Tae Kwon Do when I
was a kid and into my teenage years. When I met my husband in my early 20’s he introduced me to the
gym and I have been hooked ever since. Having a spouse who is as passionate about fitness as I am
definitely makes living a healthy lifestyle a lot easier.
