How to Do a 3 Day Complete Body Detox and Flush Excess Water and Fat Out of Your System?
Day 2 Diet Schedule:
Start the day with the same morning detox tea as in the first day.
Continue with breakfast drink, followed by ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.
The lunch drink consists of:
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup of kale leaves
- ½ green apple
- ½ lime
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- ½ cup of almond milk
- 1 cup pineapple
Then, you need ½ multivitamin and Omega 3 supplement.
For a snack, repeat your favorite drink.
Continue with dinner drink and end the day with detox ultra bath.
