The Healthiest Breakfast: Clean Your Body From Toxins and Lose 11 Pounds in a Month

  • 300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal

Preparation of the breakfast:

Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day.
Spill over with a small amount of boiling water (100 ml) of dried plums. Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl put oat flakes, ground up flax seeds and cocoa. Pour kefir and mix everything well.
You should finely chop the swollen plum (you can do it in a blender in order to become “puree” or super chips, or manually) and add to the previous mixture.
Mix well and leave in the fridge.
In the morning, take it out from the fridge and enjoy in the healthy and delicious breakfast. Results will be visible very soon.
The first day you can have “interesting” feeling in your stomach :), but it will pass. Your digestive system will start working like a clock!
